QUALITY ASSURANCE & MODERATION
How Training Quality Is Maintained
Every trainee’s work goes through a structured review process from Portfolio submission to trainer feedback and Head Office moderation.
01. TRAINEE PORTFOLIO SUBMISSION
Trainees submit their course portfolio during Week 4 for review.
02. LEAD TRAINER REVIEW & FEEDBACK
The Lead Trainer reviews the trainee’s work and provides feedback before the portfolio moves to moderation.
03. HEAD OFFICE MODERATION & QUALITY CHECK
The reviewed portfolio is submitted to Head Office for moderation and final quality checks.
CERTIFICATE & VERIFICATION
Your Certificate, Easy to Verify
Receive a physical TEFL International TESOL certificate with a QR code and personal verification link, backed by a blockchain-secured record for reliable online verification.

DOCUMENT AUTHENTICATION
Legalization & Apostille
TESOL documents may require authentication for use in another country. Where applicable, we can provide guidance on document legalization or Apostille requirements.
